merging cops and unwritten rules

So, this is just a little addendum to my previous blog.

Let's talk about a few new gripes I have about you and your driving skills.  You being, of course, everyone but me.

Merging: It's not difficult.  There is an acceleration lane for a reason.  Use it.  Get to the speed of the road then come one over.  Not hard.  And, if there is a yield sign, don't expect me to stop in the middle of traffic and let you over b/c you're too big of a puss to just give the signal and go.  Damn you 80 year old ladies.  Oh, and for the locals, the I-581 mall exit/interchange (Exit 3W I believe) is not hard.  It's kind of like trading places.  Easy.

Cops: If there is a cop who has pulled someone over, then move to the opposite lane.  Not only is it the law, it's safe.  But my real gripe is the stupid reactions you all have.  If the dudeman has already pulled someone over, you're not in a lot of danger.  Don't brake.  And, this should be common sense, but if the cop has pulled someone over going the opposite direction of you and there is a median/divider, he's not going to get you.  Again, don't brake.  Dumbass.

And lastly.

There is an unwritten law, yet it's law just the same.

Don't tailgate me.  It will bring out my rage.  I will drive slower.  I will let you pass and then I will tailgate you. Also, do not break any of the above or previous rules.  I will be a dick.  In fact, if you see me driving somewhere such as back to JMU and I'm on I-81, you should probably stay away, because being a dick on 81 is my favorite way to entertain myself on that boring ass drive.

Thanks.

Every single word, man. But I'm not a big fan of that angry death glare pass by one would get in return when behaving like a -how did you put it? Dick. Sometimes, I am though :]
